About

My entire life has been spent caring for animals, studying them, and most of all, loving them. I grew up on a farm in rural Ohio, where I grew accustomed to hard work and tending to a wide variety of animals. Ducks, chickens, goats, sheep, pigs, cows, or guinea hens, all beloved creatures to me. From a very young age I learned how to read animals, how to understand them and relate to them. My mother ran a wolf-dog rescue when I was young, where her focus was aggressive or abused dogs that needed rehabilitation, and so my focus has become that as well. No animal is too damaged, they can all be saved, in the process they may save us as well.

In my everyday life I'm the proud pet parent to two beautiful cats and two wonderful pups, all of them rescues and two of them from our wonderful local Humane Society of Warren County. I live with my disabled mother who I provide care for, and my loving and supportive husband. We are based on Blue Mountain in Linden, a quiet and very kind community that I'm very grateful to be apart of. Whatever your animal needs, I would be humbled and grateful to join your 'pack' in whatever capacity needed.
